FIREPLACE INSTALLATION

Steve was great to work with. After shopping around at several different outfits I had become very frustrated with the lack of interest those companies had in providing me any sort of service. I was putting a wood burning insert into an old fire box in a 1950’s home. My situation had some unique challenges and I could get no answers. Steve met my family at the door with a smile and after a few minutes of chatting he had already agreed to come to my home in person to see exactly what it was I needed. 6 weeks later our insert was installed.

Steve was absolutely wonderful and cares deeply about customer service. We were replacing an old wood stove that had a crack in it and needed to get something new that would pass inspection. Out of all the stores we shopped around that day, Steve was the most informative and knowledgeable as my partner and I didn’t know what to look for when it came to wood stoves. We decided to install ourselves and even then he was so generous enough to offer us to call or text him when we picked up our new stove if we had any troubles during the process (and we did).

Had a problem with the remote for my gas fireplace, so I called Steve at AWF and booked the next available spot. When that technician could not make my appointment Steve called and rebooked for the following day. What I received was more than I excepted, a complete service of my fireplace equipment, paint touch ups and then a fresh setup.

I recently had my wood burning fireplace converted to natural gas. It was a great decision and so was my experience working with Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces. Steve is truly knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The installers who came to my house were friendly and professional. I was impressed with their workmanship and the quality of the product.

Steve Hallett was very pleasant, informative, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. His crew that did the installation of my 864 TVR 31k gas fireplace were professional and pleasant as well. I was given a great price for the work done, and they even agreed to drywall a storage wall for me for a small extra charge. I will definitely be recommending this company to others. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with this reputable company.

I walked into the store today and walked out with a beautiful Jotul 602 wood burning stove. The service was exceptional! The guys were helpful, friendly, genuinely interested in my needs and they set me up for success. I got home and set up the stove in no time at all.
